Dr. Cathy Chargualaf
Dr. Cathy Chargualaf is a Change Management Professional, Integrative Health/Lifestyle Coach, author, and owner and founder of Life Esteem. She received her Ph.D. in Metaphysical Humanistic Science, Summa Cum Laude, specializing in Spiritual Counseling and Transpersonal Coaching.
She attained certifications in Counseling for Addiction-Based Relationships, Prosci Change Management, HeartMath® Certified Professional Coach and Trainer of Building Personal Resilience, HeartMath® Trauma-Sensitive Certified Practitioner, and HeartMath® Stress & Well-Being Assessment facilitator. Dr. Chargualaf is also a credentialed Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Practitioner, licensed facilitator of California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI™ 260), and several other performance instruments.
Dr. Chargualaf promotes self-care that brings about self-discovery and personal change to awaken a meaningful life and existence. She partners with nonprofit or for-profit organizations, including schools, community and social-service agencies, government institutions, and hospitals to provide a broad range of wellness programs for adults, teens, youth, and children.
