The mission is to provide a compassionate approach that helps individuals open their hearts, gain relief, and restore hope, towards healing from stress or trauma. Life Esteem programs provide evidence-based programs to build individual's capacities for resilience, emotional regulation, and reconnection with their sense of self-security and well-being.  


Dr. Cathy Chargualaf partners with nonprofit or for-profit organizations, including schools, community and social-service agencies, government institutions, and hospitals to provide a broad range of wellness programs for adults, teens, youth, and children. 

Life Esteem Programs

Empowers individuals to self-regulate their emotions and behaviors to reduce stress, increase resilience, and unlock their natural intuitive guidance for making more effective choices. 

Helps individuals gain revealing insights into unresolved issues and hidden motivations that may be keeping you from living a full and joyful life.

The ADKAR® Model is a powerful framework that breaks down change into distinct elements that help individuals understand the process of change and how to manage it.   

Helps children, youth, and teens learn how to build coherence, boost confidence, and manage the negative thoughts and feelings that block comprehension and reason.

The Resilient Heart project is a trauma-informed care program, that helps individuals build the capacity for resilience in a trauma-sensitive manner, regulate emotions, and reconnect their sense of self-security and well-being.

Dr. Martha Herbert, Harvard Medical School, offers a revolutionary view of autism.  She concludes autism is not a hardwired impairment programmed into a child’s genes and not destined to remain fixed forever. 

Helps individuals identify core beliefs that are key contributors to self-mastery and eliminate false beliefs creating more room for emotions of gratitude, love, respect, and happiness.

Guides individuals in finding there life’s purpose and meaning in order to achieve a sense of fulfillment and a sense of direction.

Helps individuals create a balanced life, build personal awareness, gain perspective,  achieve goals, discover clarity of purpose, find happiness, and improve specific skills.
